Renovation
Our renovation services include complete renovation of family homes or apartments, which applies to the full property or any part of it. In the vast majority of cases, we do not need elaborate plans, but the understanding of our client’s expectations.
Expansion
Based on the plans delivered, we complete expansion of buildings, including the installation of an attic, an addition of a new part or storage. If required, we can help our clients with the architecture as well.
Conversion
A remodelling work can mean a complete rearrangement of the internal layout of a house or apartment, the function switch of different rooms, possibly the creation of new spaces or the elimination of existing ones. In case of a major reconstruction, the work requires architectural plans to be delivered to us.

Free, onsite survey
We carry out a thorough on-site survey in order to compile a detailed quote, and also will confirm the findings during a phone conversation.

Our proposal is detailed, allowing the clients to continuously monitor costs during any stage of the construction process.
COORDINATED WORK
It takes an avg. 20-25 different professions to complete a refurbishment and repair project. It’s our duty to organize the work of these professionals according to the construction process, allowing them to carry out their work in the most efficient manner, within the least amount of time.
Delivering in time
Our main goal is to ensure that we deliver according to our clients’ expectation and to do that within the deadlines. We have an ongoing conversation with the clients during the entire construction work to incorporate the changes an further requests or tasks.
WARRANTY REPAIRS
We offer all-round warranty on any work, we deliver and also repair any faults arising within the legally specified period.
The cooperation
Step by step – together towards realisation
1. SITE VISIT
During a dedicated appointment, our development manager visits the construction site for structural appraisals and to discuss the scope of work with the client.
2. Proposal
Based on the architectural drawing received and the discussions around the client’s expectation, we prepare a detailed proposal, constantly aligning with all parties.
3. Implementation
With considering the change requests coming from our client, we complete the construction work based on the agreed schedule. Working closely with our client, we ensure regular site visits and progress updates.
4. Handover
After a rigorous inspection of the completed work, we handover the keys of the neatly cleaned property for its owners. We also provide usage, as well as health and safety instructions.

The process of a renovation project
A refurbishment and repair project takes an avg. 20-25 different professions to be completed, coordination of which is the responsibility of our site manager.
Since a renovation and repair project usually refers to an existing building, the work requires reliable professionals who can see behind the curtains and have a keen eye for the details – knowing the best practices. We work with nearly 30 subcontractors on a regular basis, eliminating any surprises during construction.
